Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn, unwashed clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
