Whether your little one's sick or summer heat is warming up the house, the bbluv Non-Contact Digital Thermometer gives fast temperature readings so you can act to make your baby safe. This white plastic thermometer uses an infrared sensor to record surface, body, and ambient room temperatures (plus bottles and bath water) more accurately than tympanic thermometers and more comfortably than rectal thermometers. Temperature zone readings in your choice of Celsius or Fahrenheit degrees indicate whether your baby is at a normal, slight-fever, or high-fever status. Just check the LCD screen; alarm and silent modes are available for extra attention, too. The thermometer shuts down automatically after 30 seconds, and 32 measurements are stored at a time. Two AA batteries and a carry bag are included.
